At Christ Church CE Primary School we provide a curriculum that aims to provide a love of learning for all children.
We value and celebrate all curriculum areas in order that our children can engage and be inspired by their lessons, wider learning opportunities and experiences.
Our school has a curriculum map for the learning journey from Reception to Year 6. The map ensures our children develop the knowledge and skills they need to grow into independent, creative and enquiring citizens ready for the next stage of their education.
The development of the whole child from their individual starting points is key to nurturing happy children with a positive attitude to learning and each other.
Our curriculum celebrates diversity and utilises both the cultural wealth of our community and the location of our school. We balance academic success with children’s mental health and well-being whilst supporting their spiritual, moral, social and cultural development.
